Holding a Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) diploma from MRU and the esteemed CSEP-CPT certification—Canada's gold standard in personal training—Mitch combines professional expertise with a dynamic, hands-on approach. His extensive background in sports and fitness allows him to craft engaging, high-energy programs that are not only effective but also fun. Mitch’s dedication to fostering a love for movement and health makes fitness an exciting and accessible journey for families of all activity levels.
About Chelsey
Chelsey has over 10 years of experience designing personalized workout routines that deliver consistent progress and improved health outcomes. With a BA in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, she blends her deep understanding of human behavior with her expertise in exercise techniques, program design, and injury prevention. Dedicated to continuous learning, Chelsey stays current on fitness trends through courses, webinars, and hands-on experience, and is pursuing her NSCA-CSCS certification to further enhance her skills.
